We have been practicing organic farming for years, now we have decided to make the winery more eco-sustainable, to care for and preserve our land. In fact, we have installed solar panels on the roof of our winery to produce 40 kw, which will allow us to be less dependent on traditionally produced energy, thus reducing CO2 production.
